Technology
Laser cutting technology uses a high-energy laser beam to precisely cut, melt, or burn materials. This process is controlled by a CNC system that directs the laser beam according to a pre-programmed pattern.
Laser cutting is known for its high precision, speed, and ability to create complex shapes without the need for specialized tools.
The laser can work on various materials, such as plexiglass, wood, plastics, and textiles, making it a versatile tool used in both industrial production and artistic projects.
Laser cutting is particularly useful in low-volume production and prototyping due to its high repeatability and fast order execution.

Plexi cutting
Explore our professional services for cutting sheets to custom sizes using versatile plexiglass. We offer precise laser cutting for sheets up to 160x100 cm, and larger formats can be cut to customer specifications using a saw.
Our laser cutting services include corner rounding, hole cutting, and engraving of text and logos. Additionally, we offer bending of plexiglass elements to achieve any desired shapes and forms.
The maximum size for ordered sheets is 305x205 cm. Contact us to learn more and place an order tailored to your specific needs.

File format

The most commonly used file format for 2D laser cutting is the vector .dxf format, which allows the reproduction of two-dimensional drawings in most laser plotter software. If generating a DXF file is not possible, we also accept drawings in .pdf format. In both cases, it's important to include one overall dimension on the submitted designs to prevent scaling issues from inches to millimeters during conversion.
When submitting files, please provide the following information:
-
type of material to be used,
-
thickness of the material,
-
color of the material.
If you plan to cut rectangular plexiglass sheets, simply provide the sheet dimensions in centimeters.
